Our first development, the branding, image, and development of 12 rental units in La Veleta, Tulum.

 

The goal was to build the units at an incredibly low price without sacrificing quality. Being environmentally conscious was also key, and we wanted to make sure that no trees were cut down in construction. Connecting with the land, we wanted to have the ground floor as open as possible to create an open, liberating atmosphere for the tenants. Additionally, we made the roof as a common area with a pool.
